New 65-month agreement includes all-new office equipment, local service and support, and expanded KDI visibility throughout Subaru Park

Aston, PA — KDI Office Technology, a leading independent office technology provider in the Mid-Atlantic region, has announced a new 65-month partnership agreement with the Philadelphia Union, extending a relationship that began in March 2012 and will now continue through May 31, 2032.

Effective January 1, 2027, the new agreement marks 15 years of partnership between KDI and the Philadelphia Union and expands both the technology and marketing components of the longstanding relationship.

As part of the agreement, the Philadelphia Union will receive all-new office equipment from KDI, backed by KDI’s local service and long-term support. The agreement continues KDI’s role in supporting the Union’s office technology needs while providing the responsive, local service that has been a cornerstone of the relationship since it began.

The new partnership also significantly expands KDI’s brand presence throughout Subaru Park. KDI will be recognized as a Proud Partner of the Philadelphia Union, Subaru Park, and WSFS Bank Sportsplex, adding three partner designations to the agreement.

KDI’s expanded in-stadium presence will include video board wing signage on one of Subaru Park’s large digital video panels, LED ribbon board exposure, digital video advertising throughout the stadium, two permanent jumbo hanging concourse signs, and digital partner recognition. KDI will also continue its prominent static signage above the press box.

“We’re incredibly proud of the relationship we’ve built with the Philadelphia Union over the past 15 years,” said Rick Salcedo, President and CEO of KDI Office Technology. “What began in 2012 has grown into a true long-term partnership built on trust, local service and support. This new agreement gives us the opportunity to continue supporting the Union’s technology needs while expanding KDI’s presence throughout Subaru Park and the Union organization. We’re excited to continue growing together for many years to come.”

The Philadelphia Union shares that commitment to the longstanding partnership and looks forward to building on the relationship in the years ahead.

“Reaching the 15-year milestone with KDI is something we’re incredibly proud of and a testament to the strength of our partnership,” said Charlie Slonaker, Chief Revenue Officer of the Philadelphia Union. “KDI has grown alongside the Union and has been a trusted partner throughout our club’s history. We’re excited to build on that foundation, expand their presence across Subaru Park and WSFS Bank Sportsplex, and continue growing our partnership in the years ahead.”

The agreement further strengthens KDI’s longstanding connection to Philadelphia professional sports. In addition to its relationship with the Philadelphia Union, KDI maintains long-term office technology and partnership agreements with the Philadelphia Phillies and Philadelphia Flyers. Across these relationships, KDI combines technology and local service and support with brand visibility and opportunities to engage with clients throughout the Greater Philadelphia region.
