To request a Document Request, please fill out the form below. An IMR Digital customer service representative will process the request as quick as possible. Once the document is ready, you will receive an e-mail reply with a secure link to the document being requested.

Please Note, effective June 1, 2023:

• Standard Turnaround Time: 1 – 2 days
• 3-Free per Month: Your first 3 Document Requests each month are free. After 3, additional requests are each $75.
• Rush Requests: Need within 4 hours? Rush requests can be handled for $100 each and will count toward one of your 3-Free per Month.
