Rick Salcedo, CEO and President of KDI Office Technology, was interviewed for this segment, called Trust the Process. He talked about KDI’s Business Process Outsourcing and the ever changing needs of clients. Salcedo also noted the company’s ability to deliver to its partners and that many clients had struggled in managing their back-office processes. He knew his dealership could help them improve operations and increase their overall efficiency. “The road to KDI’s BPO offering was paved by extensive market research to assess the potential demand while also identifying the critical services that would resonate most with clients. It also required KDI to evaluate its internal capabilities to ensure it had the expertise and resources to deliver on the desired level of BPO services.”
