We are committed to the environment and only partner with companies who make a difference in the way they use our resources. Both Canon and Ricoh have developed extensive environmental programs to help reduce, reuse and recycle our earth’s resources. Below are links to documents which will provide additional information about these programs as well as tips to help you reduce your operating costs.

Ricoh Toner Recycling NEW Program

You can now use your own carton boxes to return genuine Ricoh, Savin and Lanier toner containers which will save you time and money, and helps the environment. This new program eliminates the use of new box materials, recycles the carton in the process, and eliminates the need to send out new carton boxes.

There are two different preparation methods used for returning consumable items:

  • For those cartridges that have UPS or FedEx shipping labels inside, remove the label from the box. Place the used cartridge in the box and tape the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package. Please utilize the return instructions on the label.
  • For those cartridges and maintenance kits that DO NOT contain a UPS or FedEx shipping label inside the box, select "pre-paid shipping label" from the website www.ricoh-usa.com/recycling and print out a label to return the box. Place multiple plastic cartridges/containers in a larger carton (without individual boxes) and tape all seams to prevent toner leakage

Canon Toner Cartridge Recycling Program

Shipping labels for the Canon Toner Cartridge Recycling Program can be generated on the Canon U.S.A. Website. To help conserve resources and reduce energy during transportation, Canon asks its customers to return more than one cartridge per shipping label. This can be done by retaining several cartridges with boxes, then using the Multiple or Bulk Cartridge Return options. To generate a shipping label or if you would like to request a free eight cartridge collection box, please visit: http://www.usa.canon.com/tonercartridge_recycling or call: 1-800-OK-Canon.
