If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the performance of your SAVIN office equipment, and it cannot be repaired promptly and properly, the equipment will be replaced with the same or similar model having comparable features and capabilities, at no charge to you. The term of our Total Satisfaction Guarantee is 5 years from the date your new Savin equipment is delivered to you.
This guarantee applies to the original purchaser of new Savin equipment acquired from and continuously maintained by KDI, under and in accordance with the terms of a written Maintenance Agreement, Extended Warranty or Cost-per-Copy Program.
The Total Satisfaction Guarantee is an outgrowth of KDI’s partnership with Savin Corporation, whose office products regularly achieve the highest ratings for customer satisfaction, reliability, and value. It also demonstrated the unyielding commitment of Savin and KDI to the total satisfaction of their customers.

Here's how it works:
If your Toshiba Copier, Facsimile, Printer or its accessories do not operate within TABS' product specifications during the term of this program, and if the equipment cannot be repaired to perform within product specification, TABS will replace the Copier, Facsimile, Printer or accessory at no charge with a model of equal or better features and specifications.
If your Copier, Facsimile or Printer is out of service for more than two (2) consecutive days after notifying your Authorized Toshiba Servicing Dealer or requires off-site service, a loaner Copier, Facsimile or Printer will be provided by the Authorized Toshiba Servicing Dealer at no additional charge.
