Customer Care also offers equipment training on all of our multifunctional devices so you’re never left in the dark. And, every KDI customer receives a login to our Customer Portal, where you can easily:

  • Request service calls.
  • Order supplies.
  • Submit meter readings.
  • Auto-ship toner and obtain meter readings through Print Fleet.
